- BLBrian L.Verified BuyerI recommend this productHow old is your MTB kid 1Rated 5 out of 5 stars9 months agoMakes it easy for our 19-month old!
Our daughter is 19 months and loves biking at our local bike park tracks, but she's so young, it's great having an obvious place where she knows she always has to have her hands (she's young enough she gets distracted sometimes and takes her hands off).

The only small problem is that the shotgun seat is at the same level as the rider's seat. Very little space for straddling the bike at a stop sign. Suggest that you make the nose of the shotgun seat a little bit shorter so it doesn't bump against the bike handlebar stem.

"What better way to spend time with your little one than by going for a bike ride? The Kids ride Shotgun Seat mounts to the top tube of your MTB so you can still enjoy the trails if your kid is not old enough to ride themselves!"
"If you want to fit more rides into your busy family schedule, bond with your child, and just have a heck of a lot of fun with your favorite little partner, getting the Shotgun seat is a no-brainer."
"Moving your child to the front of the bike helps keeps them safer, but it also keeps them more engaged on the bike. You can talk to your kid while riding, checking in to make sure they’re still having fun."
