Q: I've ordered, but I haven't received an order confirmation email yet – help!
Thanks for your order! We send an order confirmation email for every order placed on our website, but only when an email address is provided of course – as providing an email address at checkout is optional. Also, please note that some email programs classify our order confirmation emails as 'spam' or 'promotions' – so you might find your confirmation email hiding in another folder.
Q: I've ordered, when will my order arrive?
Thanks for your order! The shipping time for your order will depend on when you ordered, where you're located, and the normal shipping time for your country. You'll find standard shipping times on our shipping and returns page, and the date of your order at the top of your order confirmation email. Please note that we're based in New Zealand and don't currently dispatch during weekends – because we're riding bikes!
Q: My order hasn't turned up yet – help!
Thanks for your order, and sorry to hear it hasn't arrived yet! If the standard shipping time for your country has passed, we suggest checking the tracking information for your order, which you'll find in your dispatch confirmation email. Please note, some email programs classify our emails as 'spam' or 'promotions' – so you might find this email hiding in another folder. If the tracking information doesn't help or seems wrong, and the standard shipping time has passed – please contact us and we'll investigate further.
