Christmas holiday shipping information:
Due to the high volume or parcels at this time of year, shipping times may be longer than normal in the lead up to Christmas.
Please note that all orders placed between 23rd December - 05th January 2022 will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
European shipping information:
- Items are shipped from our Netherlands warehouse unless otherwise stated on the product page
- Your order will be delivered within 3-7 days
- We offer free shipping on all orders above €35.
- Otherwise shipping is €11 per order.
- Items may arrive separately.

Tax, duty and customs charges
Our free European shipping covers all tax, duty and customs charges for countries within the European Union.
Orders from European countries not within the EU may be subject to tax, import duties and customs charges. Please consider this when making your purchasing decision.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 60-days. Your item will need to be unused, in new condition with the tags still attached. If you wish to return your item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us to let us know you’d like to return your item
- We will then issue you with a return number and European return delivery address
- When you ship the item, please note the return number on the box
- Please also include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the package
After receiving and approving your return, we'll issue a full refund via the method you originally paid with. This will exclude any shipping costs we incurred on your original order.
Order changes and cancellations
Please contact us immediately if any changes are needed for your order, including a cancellation. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, customers will need to refer to our returns policy.
