          A ridiculously great invention

          A brilliant product especially when combined with the shotgun seat and an ebike. Simply a great way to open up more trails for your kid. You can take the kiddo to suitable trails to ride balance bikes and then let them rip on their own bike.

          Also a great backup on trips starting from home. When the small dude or dudette gets tired you don’t have to carry both home. Stick the bike on your back and you have to hands to carry the child if needed.

          A Real Game Changer for us

          I recently got the new Uplift Backpack, and I honestly wish I had discovered it sooner.

          It has completely transformed my bike adventures with the twins.

          Before, carrying a bike after one of the kids got tired was always a bit of a hassle. It was just uncomfortable and constantly shifting around. The handlebars would dig into my back, straps would get tangled etc etc. With the Uplift Backpack, all of that is gone. It takes just a few seconds to secure the balance bike, and everything feels stable. Once it’s on your back, carrying the bike feels super light and comfortable.

          No loose straps flapping around or getting caught. It just works.

          I can fully focus on the ride and the kids, instead of constantly adjusting or struggling with the bike on my back. I can absolutely recommend the Uplift Backpack. Honestly, I only wish Kids Ride Shotgun had come up with this idea much earlier! ;)

        Q: Is my balance bike compatible with the Uplift backpack?
        A: We've tested a lot of balance bikes and not found one that doesn't fit. However with the wide array of bikes on the market we recommend you check the bike compatibility information provided on this page before purchasing.

        Q: Does the Uplift backpack work with a pedal bike?
        A: The Uplift backpack is not designed to carry pedal bikes. The cranks and pedals are likely to interfere with fitment.
